  15. Hello,
  16.     I'm currently programming a MIDI application, and it
  17. has been neccessary to alter the serial port parameters in
  18. order for MIDI to function correctly.
  19.  
  20. I have been able to alter all the parameters okay (using SDCM_SETPARAMS if
  21. memory serves) except for turning off RTS/CTS (if it was set in the first
  22. place in serial preferences).
  23.  
  24. Is it possible to turn this function off through the operating system?
